Taking care of your skin has to do discipline. Skin care routine is necessary to take good care of your skin, you must follow the procedures with total determination. There are things you must do even when you have a skin care routine such as using appropriate make up remover, knowing your skin type, testing if the skin care product you bought is good for your skin, avoiding massaging your skin too hard.

1.Cleansing: The first thing that you do when it comes to skin care is cleansing. Cleansing is essential as it helps in getting rid of dust, pollutants, grease and extra oil from your skin. All you have to do is to clean your skin with a good cleansing lotion or cream.

2. Exfoliating: exfoliation is important as it helps in replenishing the skin cell, removing the dead skin cells which causes blockage of pores. Exfoliating twice or once every week will depend on your skin type and some environmental factors.

However,wether this is done twice or one a week , you still have to be very careful about excessive exfoliation so that your skin will not be damaged.

3. Moisturising: What do moisturisers do? They help your skin not to get dry. People with dry skin known that it breaks the upper layer skin which result to dead skill cells.

The role of moisturisers in making your skin beautiful and healthy cannot be overemphazied. All you have to do is to buy and use them. You can do this with help of your dermatologist.

Having a dermatologist is necessary due to the fact they pay an important role in helping to have a glowing skin. They give you good advice on the type of skin you have, skin care products that suit your skin, and how to treat skin diseases like eczema, acne etc
