Pregnancy outside the womb occurs due to interference on channel function in channeling fertilized egg into the uterine cavity. The inside wall of the oviduct of normal mucous membrane covered by the vibrating hair, which serves to push the embryo into the uterine cavity by way of peristalsis, as happens in the gut.
However, the function can be disrupted if infection had occurred in the channel, so consequently the result of conception remain in the oviduct. Apart from infections, impaired function of the oviduct may occur because of the endometriosis, adhesions, or insistence on the oviduct due to a tumor, and others.
In early pregnancy, women who become pregnant outside the womb have symptoms and signs of pregnancy as usual, the late period, nausea, and pregnancy test in urine showed a positive sign. But this pregnancy is not usually last more than 6 weeks, for prospective tissue or umbilical cord into the fallopian tubes will make the oviduct ballooned along with the growth of embryos. Furthermore, the oviduct walls will weaken and eventually rupture because it is not able to keep up the growth of the embryo.
