Healthy diet - In an effort to make weight loss to achieve ideal body weight with calculation of BMI (Body Mass Index) I did a lot of vegetable diet. I ate breakfast and lunch menu is the menu of vegetables and other companions, but without rice. At first I thought surely not easy for me to run this kind of diet; not eat rice, seemed to have not eaten.
But after trying, not too difficult. Even now I can enjoy breakfast and lunch menus without rice. Of course, more pronounced delicious dinner, after a day of white rice does not chew, my dinner included white rice (Of course, not in excessive amounts - to get revenge for a day of not eating rice). Some of my favorite vegetables though a healthy diet is the mainstay

1. Chicory

2. Broccoli

3. Bokcoi (mustard meat)

Why is chicory?


The reason I chose cabbage as a healthy diet is not easy because of rotten cabbage - could last longer, up to a week stored in the refrigerator. Moreover, the relatively cheap price of chicory, but the nutrient content of factors, chicory contains many useful vitamins and minerals

Why broccoli?


Broccoli is a vegetable "super" which is very beneficial for health because they contain phytochemicals substances in it. Moreover, broccoli is also rich in beta-carotene, vitamin B1 and vitamin C, folate, calcium, iron, and potassium. Broccoli also contains high fiber, which we know that fiber helps smooth bowel movements.

Why mustard meat?

Mustard meat has green leaves that to my blood group B is a type of vegetables that can help you lose weight. Mustard meat has a texture that is not too tough to chew so I'm not tired when I have to spend a full plate for lunch menu without white rice.

Like other green vegetables, cabbage meat has a high content of minerals, including iron, which is very important for the body.

Here is a simple way to cook the three kinds of vegetables TSB.

Menu Diet 1: White mustard Oyster Sauce

Several sheets of chicory (according to each individual portion)

A little cooking oil for sauteing

Garlic, thinly sliced

Some refined grain meatballs, chopped

Soy sauce to taste

Oyster sauce to taste

A little sugar

1. Sliced white cabbage

2. Heat the oil in a skillet, saute garlic until fragrant.

3. Enter Prepared meatballs, saute briefly.

4. Enter the white mustard, stir. Enter the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, stir.

Because chicory has a lot of water content, hence no need to add broth or water when cooking this vegetable. However, if you like vegetable soup, the broth can be added when the chicory is inserted into the skillet, and cook until boiling. Finally enter the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.

Note

*) Broccoli and mustard greens can also be cooked with meat in the same way. But for the broccoli, boiled with water to boil for one minute before being put in a skillet for pan-fried. Or, soak the broccoli in boiling water.

*) Can also be used minced meat instead of processed meat balls.

The next diet menu options menu by using a mixture of vegetables more, but it takes very little time to cook. Of course, dosing/number of vegetables can be adjusted, even some vegetables can be waived, if not liked.

Diet Menu 2: Sauteed Mixed Vegetables

1 tbsp oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 cm fresh ginger, thinly sliced

2 cabbage leaves, sliced

25 ounces shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced

25 ounces bamboo shoots, thinly sliced

3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally

25 g corn

1/2 small red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

25 g bean sprouts

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon soy sauce

A little sesame oil

1 large tomatoes, seeded, cut 4

Tips:

* To peel tomatoes easily, enter in the

boiling water for 5 seconds. Lift and enter into

bowl of cold water. His skin will be easily exfoliated.

Stir-fry mixed vegetables is very helpful to me in a vegetable diet. Because it implements a breakfast menu and lunch without white rice, vegetable variations as much as this helped me overcome the boredom chewing one kind of vegetable in a considerable amount.

The menu in addition to vegetables, I also consume eggs (boiled, cow eyes, or pancakes), or knows of Japan (fried with little oil), or fried chicken, fried empal, or other meat menu.

Is it possible for you, a diet without rice? Certainly not an easy thing for us white rice in Indonesia to leave our daily menu; seemed to have not eaten until they've been eating rice.
