Essential fatty acids can divide to any kinds, among of that are: Omega 3, Omega 6, DHA (Dokosaheksaeoat acid), EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), ALA (Alfalinolenat acid) and GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid). "It is called by essential, because all of these can not be formed by body it self, so we must consume the food that contain it," said dr. Fiastuti.
